The Growing Place

The safety and security of the children at The Growing Place is our top priority. Parents can rest assured that we have put strict measures in place to ensure the safety of their loved ones.

Each of our staff members works to keep a trained and watchful eye over the children and our facilities. Additionally, all staff will be CPR and first aid trained. They will also have a criminal history and child abuse background check as well.

Safety Practices:
There will be coded security at the entrance, which will be monitored by staff. Each family is given a key card to swipe at the door for access into the building.

We also use a password protection program. If anyone other then the parents are picking up the child, they MUST provide the password that has been chosen by the parents, as well as have proper identification.

The rooms will be set up for security cameras. Only authorized parents/adults will be able to usher the child in and out of the building.
